More than a barbecue, it’s an Event complete with a fully set up and decorated BBQ pit area, a full range of unlimited tempting food, and an outfitted staff of trained and certified cooks and buffet servers. Starting with the initial greeting and introduction of staff, our crew enacts “Maitre’D-style” service to ensure your complete satisfaction. So you can be a guest at your own party, the on site manager, or “Maitre’D,” will run your event, accommodate special requests, perform “last call” before dessert is served, and supervise the final clean-up of our food station and pit area. Our All American BBQ is decorated and designed to replicate an American tradition: red & white gingham tablecloths, sunflowers & daisies, authentic picnic baskets for display of plastic table service, and old-fashioned coolers to keep beverages cold.
