Coliseum Caterers will display your hot food in polished metal chafing dishes and dress your table with a linen-like tablecloth. Serving bowls, silver serving utensils and wicker bread baskets are included for a beautiful presentation. Heavy plastic table service includes sturdy plastic plates and plastic utensils for your guests and item description cards will display the ingredients of each dish. Please review the following items included in your deluxe hot food buffet (number of choices will vary depending on the number of guests). Our Certified Catering Consultants will be happy to assist you in your selection. Please choose a starch, fresh vegetable dish, main entrée, and a crisp, garnished green salad. A gourmet bread basket with rolled butter as well as crushed red pepper and grated cheese side accompaniments are also included.
