Piping hot chafing dishes filled with your choice of our chef-prepared specialties (number of trays determined by quantity of guests – please see ordering guide below for number of choices), a garnished green salad and a basket of bakery fresh dinner rolls with butter.
Includes paper goods, sternos and loan of wire racks.
 

PASTA SELECTIONS
• Penne Ala Vodka.
• Pasta D’Este with asparagus, portobello mushrooms and roasted garlic in a plum tomato sauce.
• Stuffed Shells.
• Pasta Primavera in garlic & olive oil or garlic cream sauce.
• Baked Ziti.
• Penne w/grilled chicken in a garlic cream sauce.
• Penne Monteverde: pasta with grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes and spinach in a light garlic chicken broth.

BEEF ENTRÉES
• Sliced Steak: Teriyaki-marinated flank steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions.
• Pepper Steak.
• Fresh sliced Roast Beef in gravy.
• Meatballs in sauce.

SPECIALTY ENTRÉES
• Italian sausage and peppers.
• Eggplant parmigiana or rollatini.
• Fresh sliced turkey in gravy.

• Chicken Romano Pomodoro: Battered in bread  crumbs and shaved Pecorino Romano cheese  sautéed in a fresh plum tomato & prosciutto sauce.
• Chicken Marsala sautéed in a marsala wine mushroom sauce.
• Chicken Francaise: egg-battered and sautéed in lemon, butter and white wine sauce.
• Chicken Bianco sautéed with artichoke hearts & roasted red peppers in garlic & white wine sauce.
• Chicken cutlet parmigiana.
• Italian seasoned flame broiled chicken cutlet over grilled vegetables.

5 to 50 people:  1 pasta choice & 1 entrée choice
50 to 60 people:  1 pasta choice & 2 entrée choices
70 to 100 people: 2 pasta choices & 3 entrée choices
