    chicken, fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, roasted red &
    yellow peppers and black olives over romaine lettuce with
    homemade creamy Italian dressing.

•   Blackened Chicken Salad: Blackened chicken over spinach
     with apples, blue cheese & candied pecans with a pear
    balsamic vinaigrette.

•   Antipasto Salad: Genoa salami, chunked provolone, ham,
    mushrooms, artichokes & roasted red peppers on a bed of
    mixed seasonal greens with basil balsamic dressing.
