Where do I begin we had a surprise party on July 6, 2008 in my backyard. The food the
service and the presentation was better than some weddings I have been too. The
caterers were aware of everything going on and on top of it all. This was the first party that I
was ever able to just sit back and enjoy it. THANK YOU. I will be using them again for my
sons upcoming communion.

I had to write this letter to compliment you on the catering of our tenant breakfast at Bldg’s #75
and #77 at JFK Airport.
Your staff was prompt, courteous, friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and the
presentation was beautiful. We received numerous compliments on the breakfast and it would not have
been as successful if it wasn’t for the staff at Coliseum Caterers. A lot of our tenants took the
brochures and cards.
We realty appreciate all the time and effort Coliseum Caterers put forth to make the event the
success that is was.

and management team of the Holiday Inn of Westbury, we thank you for helping to make our
Employee/Family BBQ a complete success! Everything ran so smoothly and stress free from the moment
I first contacted your sales department to finalizing the menu, to the final set up and service on
the day of our event. Your staff was nothing but professional and extremely eager to provide
customer satisfaction.
Throughout the entire BBQ, I had employees coming up to me to tell me how good the food was and how
accommodating your staff was being. When your staff first arrived at our hotel to begin their set
up, I had mentioned to them how important it was to me that everyone, even managers, would be able
to enjoy the special day with their families and coworkers. To my surprise, your staff made it
their priority to make sure that not one of our managers or employees lifted a finger to help out.
If there was anything that was needed, your staff was right there to get it for us. I couldn’t
have asked for a better day.
We sincerely appreciate all of the hard work and effort that went into making our event so
successful. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to all of your employees that helped make our event

Hands down the best Caterer/deli in existence,the food is incredible as are the owners
Ralph and Richie who make every party what it should be (free of hassles and stress) as
they handle it all.Make your next corporate meal,luncheon etc etc with the Coliseum
Caterers,you will not be left with a bad tatse in your mouth,in fact the experience will be one
